I am a 49-year-old Kenyan professional with over 20 years of experience in ICT programming, project coordination, and monitoring and evaluation, gained through my work with international organizations in Nairobi, Kenya. I also have approximately 30 years of voluntary community service, particularly in youth mentoring, education, community outreach, and support for vulnerable members of society.

Throughout my professional career, I have supported ecological agriculture, environmental sustainability, ICT systems, and community-based projects involving smallholder farmers. My responsibilities have included data collection, project monitoring and evaluation, reporting, digital systems support, stakeholder coordination, and training field teams.

My voluntary service has involved mentoring young people, providing career guidance, supporting families and widows, and participating in community education and empowerment initiatives. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to compassion, fairness, inclusion, and the well-being of vulnerable members of society.

Academically, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Business Information Technology and a Master’s degree in Monitoring and Evaluation. These qualifications, combined with my professional and voluntary experience, have equipped me with strong analytical, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

I am particularly interested in contributing to your organisation through stakeholder coordination, environmental protection, community welfare, sustainable farming, forestry, landscaping, and digital skills support. I am also willing to assist with elderly care, nursing support, and youth education, according to the requirements of the placement and my training. At the same time, I look forward to learning from your team, integrating into German culture, improving my German language skills, and contributing positively to the local community.
