I previously completed a Weltwärts volunteer service in Germany, where I supported adults with disabilities in a residential care setting. This experience strengthened my intercultural competence, communication skills, independence, and commitment to inclusion. Since returning to the Philippines, I have continued working in community development, child protection, and psychosocial support. Through a BFD placement, I hope to contribute my experience while further developing my practical skills in social and care work.
