I am applying for this opportunity as a young person, who’s still trying to find its way. I understand the importance of gaining confidence and developing diverse skills, especially needed in a rapidly changing and uncertain job market. I’ve decided to take a break from my studies and test my knowledge in a real-life opportunity. I see my gap year as a chance to learn and grow, while contributing to a project that is bigger, meaningful. I aim to broaden my horizons, advance my communication skills, and deepen my cultural understanding. I’d love to polish my English and polish German. I want to connect with people by creating something together, exchanging knowledge, while exploring places I might not otherwise visit. Especially given that I study cultural studies. I like trying out new artistic projects, but I'm the happiest when my creativity contributes into helping others or environment. I knit and crochet, which I use to upcycle clothing. I would like to get involved any opportunity to learn more about sustainability as it’s something I’m passionate about.
