I worked for 18 months as a Customer Service Representative in the telecommunications sector, where I developed strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills. I have also volunteered as a Care Assistant, supporting elderly individuals with compassion and dedication—an experience that has deepened my commitment to service and community support.
