As an individual with an enhanced awareness of the dynamics of the human world and organizational effectiveness, I am interested to apply for the Bundesfreiwilligendienst volunteering program. My key strengths are my ability to develop effective interpersonal relationships which I have acquired over time through vast experience in client relations, team leadership, administrative support as HR manager. I am good at active listening and understanding communication that helps me to understand personal demands and fill communication gaps to make the environment favorable and fruitful. My capabilities predisposition me to work in the field of social services, namely, elderly care, disability support, or working in hospitals and kindergartens. My orientations toward designing just and participatory experiences are also a perfect match with integration services, where I could support newcomers in the community centers or refugee services. Additionally, my organizational skills, attention to detail and hands-on problem-solving, as well as my ability to simplify processes to achieve greater efficiencies and compliance would be an asset in cultural institutions such as museums or libraries, and in administrative support functions within a wide-range of non-profitable organizations.
